I understand that, and respect it. But it wasn't close, not one bit. Close as in he didn't finish him but not close...

I agree. If I hadn't watched the fight live, I would have thought that jones nearly killed D.C. The way some people were saying "jones took his soul" and all that.

Jones clearly won, but the first couple of rounds were competitive. Both men were landing in the clinch. It wasn't until the later rounds where jones pulled ahead.

Still don't understand how people can say jones destroyed D.C.
