This is a prediction game with a seasonal league format, named in honour of the late Kevin 'Monster' Randleman. Here is the relevant information.

Length

Each season will last 5 events and then the winner will be the person with the most points at the end of the season.

Format

Pick a winner for every fight on the event. Each correct fight predicted will earn 2 points.

1 bonus point will be available for each fight if you also correctly predict the method of the win, either TKO/KO, sub, or decision.

A template for picks will be provided each week for you to fill in. Put an x in the bracket for your prediction of each fight.

Team Game

We also run a team game during the season, with different teams to join. Each team gets a score per pick made, which allows players to drop out or join teams mid way through the season and not affect the teams score by missing events.

Look at the first post in the thread for the teams for which you can/should join. They are based on themes which change each season. Please join the appropriate team by indicating which team that is when you make your first picks.

Rules

If you change your picks before the event please edit your post to update your picks. If you are unable to edit your posts, because the period for editing has expired, or you have a restricted access account(you numpty), then make any changes in a new post where you quote the original picks - please only do this if you are unable to edit, as it adds extra work when tallying up the scores.

Do not edit your posts once the event has started. Picks are finalized once the event starts and no changes may be made. If you do edit your post after the fights have started you will receive 0 points for that event.

If two brothers are on the same card, or two people with the same last name, please specify which one you are picking, or you will get 0 points for that pick.

Prizes

Splinty @Splinty will change your name to gold, so everyone will know you're the champ when you post in the forums, until the next champ takes your belt!

3. UFC Fight Night 111 - Holm vs. Correia - Saturday, June 17 - 4 AM ET / 1:30 AM PT (in Singapore)

4. BONUS EVENT - Main Card Only - Bellator 180 - Sonnen vs. Silva - Saturday, June 24 - 10 PM ET / 7 PM PT (up for discussion)

5. UFC Fight Night 112 - Chiesa vs. Lee - Sunday, June 25 - 9 PM ET / 6 PM PT (time may be adjusted since start of prelims is unclear)

6. DOUBLE-HEADER:
TUF 25 Finale - Johnson vs. Gaethje - Friday, July 7 - TIME TBD
UFC 213 - Nunes vs. Shevchenko 2 - Saturday, July 8 - TIME TBD

Let's face it, up to now this league has been a laughing stock, our champions have been a shit swamp of gender fluid has beens, pot smokers, and micro penised jabronis. I'm promising you my new commissioner that I will become your champion. A marketable champion, that you can use to promote this league and take it to the next level. We're going to make A LOT of money together.

Ok all, I have updated the OP with the list of events this season. Per Zeph @Zeph's handy suggestion, the final event is a double-header, since there are fights scheduled on consecutive days.

I have also included the main card of Bellator NYC as a bonus event, mainly because I think Fedoras and Meatheads should get to pick their heroes. I am not sure if the points for that should be included, or if we should just have a mini-game. Feedback welcome, or else we can only count it if everyone ends up picking for it, or something like that.

Please note the time on the Singapore card can screw you up (that is why it's red), so try to get the picks in early for that one. Also note Fight Night 112 is on a Sunday, and the TUF finale is on a Friday, so that one will also require picks earlier in the week than usual.

Regarding teams for this season, I was thinking we can see if anything obvious comes out of the first event, like if there's a draw or a split, or an amazing fotn, we can split the teams based on the picks from that event. If anyone has any other ideas for teams, please post. I know we didn't end up having teams last season, but it's a nice element we can think about bringing back. I think team scores are based on averages, so they can be uneven.

sorry to hear about this just now Zeph @Zeph , we've had our differences in the past, but whatever you're going through, i'm a PM away if you want to chat. I've dealt with and still dealing with mental health problems which affect my life more than i wish it did.

lol they are just breaking my balls.. truth is for wahtever reason i was having to force myself to tally the scores. I felt it was best to stop and take a break. nuraknu @nuraknu has been awesome enough to step up and take over. If she gets tired of it at some point, and I feel like I've had a decent break, I would most likely step back in again.
