IMO - not the masses just the young and stupid.....
About a third of Gen Zers (32%) and 28% of Millennials say they’ve done something in the past year to address climate change, such as donating money, volunteering, contacting an elected official or attending a rally or protest (but they don't actually DO anything).
Two-thirds of Gen Zers, as well as 61% of Millennials, say they’ve talked with friends or family about the need for action on climate change

Gen X and Baby Boomer as well as older adults say they’ve seen all the "climate change" crap for over 50 years. Failed doomsday,
eco-pocalyptic warnings that have always led to nothing more than money for politicians and corporations

Everything the powers that be throw at the plebes is either nefarious lies or warfare of various types.
