Don’t laugh: Movie comedies are disappearing

It's pathetic that a small minority of vocal mentally ill Le Miserables are able to destroy one of the best things in life

When was the last really good comedy like 8 years ago or something?

Start a GoFundMe to remake Blazing Saddles using the exact same dialogue. That would be hilarious.

"Fyre" came out this year and is probably the funniest thing ever put to film.

Was Super Troopers 2 any good? Was looking forward to it but haven't gotten a chance to watch it yet.

The last move that made me laugh was the Interview. It's so stupid but it cracks me up.

Who would be the modern actors?

I agree. Kind of like Japanese comedians, they aren't funny because they take such careful steps trying not to offend anyone. The Hebrew Hammer was a funny one. Animal House. Young Frankenstein. Dirty Rotten Scoundrel. Revenge of the Nerds. just a couple funny ones off the top of my head. Oh yeah, Airplane is a classic too. PC killed comedy IMO.

I'm afraid the age of humor has passed by in America. America is now a post-comedy society for better or worse.

    That's not funny ;)

This is why we can’t have nice things! The pussification and victimization of almost everything means the only safe segment to go after is white heterosexual males. Unfortunately for the Hollywood left, money speaks louder than faux-activism.
