I use that one on sammiches and costco hot dog
for sausages I like old style
not sure what dijon is but I have had it
I buy colemans....didn't know was english
I love spicy so brown is cool w me

Goes good with sausage, great on red meat or swine before grilling, even good for an nice old-fashioned ham sammich.
