do you apply the same standard when the police release their edited videos of citizen encounters?
Oddly enough this meme was thrown at me on that other forum for defending cops.
I thought things like that were funny when I was fifteen and listened to the Dead Kennedys.

Based on the currently available information I'm thinking the passenger should be charged with defamation of character.
Why did the guy start filming the cop?
How did he know cop is gonna plant drugs.
Why was the cop so stupid to have found drugs then throw it back in?
Even if the cop didn't plant, the evidence is against him, until and unless there is a full video of the cop to have found drugs and then throw it back in.
Whatever it is the cop is fucking dumb ass if he found drugs and threw it back in. ( atleast 2 years for this kind of stupidity)
There was another suspect out of the car. The empty baggy was in his pocket. It's explained in the longer video.
