General Nasal irrigation-TME

About 10-12 years ago, I bought and used a neti pot. Used it, liked it, benefited from it. Drifted away from it for no real reason.

I’m ready to do it again. However, I thought it wise to first ask you guys so that I could find out if there’s a better way. I have seen ads for supposed upgrades from the basic neti pot and wanted to see if anyone has used one of them.

I’m talking things like this:

I looked at Navage but it just seemed too pricey for the same effect I get from the NeilMed squeeze bottle.

Neti pot all the way.
Clean pot, distilled water & salt.
Kid tested, mother approved.
