Personally I would rather have seen rampage vs mitrione and sonnen vs Nelson. The first would be stand and bang the second would be two great grapplers going at it.

Gotta figure we're not gonna see Mo vs Page 3 and Mo as a LHW potentially beating champ Bader wouldn't look very good.

This is interesting considering it’s down to Sonnen, Mo, or Bader. The Fedor quote also explains why he didn’t seem very interested when I mentioned he should fight Fedor when I saw him at the airport a few months ago.

I think Chael should have fought a HW right off the bat...although I guess Mo will weigh 225 or so...wouldn't mind seeing MO Clip CS but that match could be boring

Very boring plus that leaves Page vs wrestler Bader anyway. Which was also a terrible fight the first time.

etc...

not sure what matchups they intend to set up with this matchmaking...but I would prefer great first round matches and let the dust settle as it may

To me Fedor/Page vs Chael made sense because Chael has run his mouth about Pride guys being on steroids LOL Irony

Mitrione Nelson makes zero sense unless Coker just wants to eliminate one UFC HW name

Chael doesn't deserve this at all...cannon fodder at the most...he "beat" wand and Subbed Rua(while roiding heavy)...other than that he hasn't delivered in a fight for quite a few years and never against a HW.

Wish these matchups made more sense.
