So some people here have expresses interest in doing a nutrition program with me and a couple people have already completed it and literally did an amazing job and come out the other end looking sick!!! So here it is. My New Image Fitness Challenge!!! I have done this twice and it went off amazing. Here is how it goes

How the Winner is Chosen
The person who loses the most BF, inches, and weight combined, as well as the most dramatic before and after will win this competition. The Competition will last 14 weeks.

I would be. But I wouldnt be able to do it with my lifestyle. Trying to swim a half marathon and get up to triathlon distances, cant imagine I will fit a profile for you to coach.
