this news is from Japan but it's got to be big news in Thailand as well.

it was the night of the thai massacre as the KNOCK OUT org put out its debut show with three thais losing to their japanese opponents. most notably japanese phenom Tenshin Nasukawa scored a jaw dropping spinning back kick KO against former 2x Lumpinee Stadium champion Wanchalong PK Saenchaigym.

as far as I know this is the first time a thai gets KO cold against a foreigner under full thai rules. even in kickboxing I can't recall seeing a thai get laid out like this. the only similar thing was Ramon Dekkers KOing Coban some 25 years ago.

Fabio Pinca to challenge for Rajadamnern Stadium 147 lbs title

Frenchman Fabio Pinca who scord a win in Glory 36 last weekend will fight for the Raja 147 lbs title against Manaowan Sitsongpeenong. He will try to become the third foreigner current champion at Raja;

Sangmanee vs. Thanonchai X is off

Thanonchai got injured and will be off for 6 months. Kongsak stepped in and will fight Sangmanee in the stacked Dec. 21st show. no drama in muay thai with short notice fights.

and yes you read it right this would be the tenth fight between Sangmanee and Thanonchai. this is common in muay thai where mismatches just don't attract enough betting money so the top fighters often fight each other several times. all time great Saenchai fought Singdam Kiatmuu9 11 times for instance and Sangmanee and Thanonchai fought 4 times already in 2016 alone with 2 wins to Thanonchai, 1 to Sangmanee and 1 draw, including the best fight of the year across all combat sports IMHO:
