Yep, He is a big boy, I read that he might be down to 410 lbs right now.
Will be tested in camp. If he can get that body moving with any momentum at all he could be a good run stuffer. Problem is that he can't play many plays in a row and teams will take advantage of that and run hurry up if they convert on a short yardage play with him in the game. Creates a 11 on 10 situation because he is gassed out and running zero miles per hour.
Yeah he needs to shed a ton of weight.

What's the heaviest an NFL DL has been who has been able to play a significant role? I checked, and William "The Refrigerator" Perry was 335 in the Bears' Super Bowl year. I remember at one point Buddy Ryan refused to play him, saying bluntly "he's too damn fat." Surely anything above 350 is unsustainable? That's 60 lbs from where Watson is now.

That list shows that several players have been successful weighing in the high 300s, but anyone who got to, or near, 400 lbs either struggled to stay healthy or was benched for performance reasons.

Yep
Huge dudes have diminishing returns
I do think there could be rare exceptions around 400lbs, humans are getting bigger and bigger
NBA for the really tall, or work out enough to be 330-340lbs and quicker is the move.

The careers will mostly be short though, the joints wear out fast in huge dudes
