Nieky Holzken rocks Michael Johnson in sparring

At around the 3 minute mark it happens after MJ ups the intensity in a sparring session.

Watched the first one you put up and forgot who it was he was sparring with, stoned to bits, thought it was Schilling. Great fight vs Barboza, out a year before too looked good, his chin held up well on the night Barboza caught him flush a good few times comming in. Training with Nieky payed off big time.

Definitely. The second half the video is Vitor training with Nieky, drilling some awesome combos. It will be interesting to see if he can pull them off against Weidman.

Niekys uncle seems like a good coach. Can see M.Js body and low kick counters there big time and in the sparring session with Nieky as well. He was using the uppercut a bit more than in the fight against Barboza though. Johnson was a looking really good up until he got caught, got to love the attack mode response from him right as they cut it off aswell, forgot he was sparring for a second haha.

Niekys combos are so fluid, beautiful to watch sometimes. No wind up, powerful snap and the way he mixes in the body and kicks, fucking brilliant. I have to watch more of his fights. Don't watch much Glory.

Vitor was picking them up nicely towards the end, starting to get real power into every strike. That step knee, kick on the left side looked nasty, got to love a combo that finishes with a hard low kick across the thigh.

Yeah, I agree. I honestly didn't expect much from Vitor in this fight with Weidman before watching this, but he is looking sharp and hasn't lost any noticeable speed or power without the trt.

this is what i was thinking nieky is so freaking fluid in his movement and combos like crazy, and i love seeing vitor picking up things that fast 2x bam got it.

Maybe i'm a bit biased but you got to love dutch kickboxing and there trainers, nieky's trainer around the 10 min mark sayz in dutch well if they use shin pads i can catch(take) the low kick no problem.
