Look at your email you used last season. You should've recieved one that said league manager has reactivated the league. That will have a link. Click it.

Added a 3rd flex since we lost 2 teams
Added an IR spot to save 1 injured player
Might also be valuable if player tests positive for COVID and is out only a week or two

Weekly you have a starting lineup
1- QB
1-Rb
1-WR
1-TE
3- Flex (RB,WR,or TE)
1- Kicker
1- defense team

IR is a spot on the bench for Injured Reserve. If someone is listed as Ir you can keep them on the team without releasing them if you need to pick up another player to fill their role.

You’ll want to check our the scoring .
Pretty simple
6 points any TD
Qb points for every 25 yards passing
RB and wr points for every 10 yards
Each reception is also 1 point

those are main scoring categories
Several bonuses available for milestones

I played when it came out in 1999 and didn't play since until a year or two ago with these guys
So I can relate and answer noob questions if needed
