Good news. Apparently, Matt Ryan has one more game of NCAA eligibility and he's going to be playing the second half for tOSU.

Wild west still wild for now, but betting if people are claiming these as "donations" that is going to catch up with them quick. To be a charitable tax-exempt organization, you cannot provide "private benefits" which is 100% what NIL money to athletes are.
Texas One Fund appears to be trying to circumvent it by still doing a fraction of their shit with charity to muddy the waters, but I don't see that lasting long.
I mean, he's been spending big cash at Oregon for quite some time. It's also kind of hard to argue that Oregon isn't a good team given their performance over the last ten years, they just aren't an established program like the ones they're competing against.

He's been shelling out for infrastructure mainly. These last few years he's started doing what he's allowed to do by paying players. Cool I don't blame him but I'm going to laugh when this sort of thing happens especially the of a guy with no moral high ground.
