soooo fucking pissed. i just spent an hour typing up the rankings and updating it......i stepped away for a min, and out of habit when i came back i hit refresh (check for new mail) and everything was deleted.

ok maybe not an hour, but it was like 35-40 god damn minutes. bahhhhhhh.
It's only funny because I did the exact same thing while typing up something else for the game earlier this week.

we jumped from 65th ranked org worldwide to 55. obviously not top 10 but thats a pretty big jump in a short time.
I can't imagine us taking any steps backwards. Our divisions are getting more and more clear, our roster will only get deeper and all of our fighter's aren't 0-0 bums anymore for the most part. Samoa Joe is like the #3 ranked rookie heavyweight world-wide and will soon be the heavyweight champ (sorry Alistaar), we're on the up and up.

yeah i saw that, and think its absolute shit how long i have to wait to receive my money back. i also hate how if they fight at least one fight on contract i cant get bonus back if they end up inactive and retire before fighting out contract. bonuses should only be kept when honouring entire contract.
I may have done that with my first guy, when I started. That never crossed my mind when I did it. I won a free fighter spot, so I could see if I can get him back, and finish his contract.
Also, can you give charles vance a little more time to rest. That contract is nineteen days away, and i've got work to do with him. Even with that loss, my guy showed "solid chin" against a solid striker.

Anyone wanna do an 18 y/o prospect fight at SFC 10? I've got a 0-1 Muay Thai BW specialist who will need a dance partner.

Sydney FC 2: Dugan vs. Lard Recap (1st part)

265 lbs - David Campbell vs. Tim Arlovski

A useless stand up fighter, Campbell took some punishment in the first moments of the fight, but he didn't take long to land a takedown, which spelled the end for Arlovski. Campbell quickly slipped to full mount and was perfect with his ground and pound, scoring a TKO with 3:55 minutes in the first round. If only "The Magician" works on his striking, he will be a force in SFC's HW division.

135 lbs - Palaktingpuet Payakarakatong vs. Shair Khan

Two blue chip striking prospects facing off in a compelling matchup. Each man tried to get every advantage they could, exchanging clinch entries and exits, landing careful, non commital strikes and even attempting the odd surprise takedown attempt. Palaktingpuet came out on top with a nice display of well rounded skills, landing a takedown and working on subs after a scramble. With only 2:32 minutes, Khan was forced to tap out to a tight armbar, the Submission of the Night. Rumors are running that Palaktingpuet, at 3-0 to start his career, will get the shot for the first ever SFC BW title.

135 lbs - Kim Posible vs. Quincy Hanley

In a battle of two high level wrestlers, neither one was able to show their grappling skills, as Hanley wobbled Posible with a wild attack of punches right away, hitting body and head and finishing with a straight punch to the jaw with 42 seconds of fighting. It was Hanley's first career win after starting 0-2, and not surprisingly, Knockout of the Night. He was quick to call out the much heavier Tyler Bate in the aftermath of the fight.

155 lbs - Tyler Bate vs. Young Buck

Adding some distinct flavor to the night, after what turned out to be a TWGC match, SFC brought us an unofficial kickboxing bout, with both young men agreeing to keep it on the feet. Only 16 years old, Young Buck showed a solid chin and great warrior spirit, but the older, more experienced Tyler Bate - only 18 years old himself - was too much to handle, landing combos and soundly outstriking his underage opponent en route to an unanimous 30-27 scorecard. The teenagers won a well deserved Fight of the Night award for their efforts.

170 lbs - Dmitri Dravinski vs. Jack Rustern

In the first fight of the night, the wonderful boxer Rustern made a puzzling decision and took it to the ground within the first seconds of action, which would prove to be his undoing. Dravinski quickly reversed position and started working on submission attempts. He ended up on the bottom again after trying an ankle lock, but his active guard kept Rustern in trouble. Dravinski tried a triangle and finally an armbar, forcing a tap out with four seconds to go in the first round. No strikes were attempted in this contest from neither side.

Sydney FC 2: Dugan vs. Lard Recap (2nd part)

205 lbs - Bon Bones vs. Hulas Kanodia

Absolutely even matchup, but SFC 2's violent rampage wouldn't let it go to the scorecards. Both guys dealt punishment to each other with Kanodia having a slight edge in striking - which led Bones to a takedown attempt. He couldn't do much on the ground though, and the referee stood them up quickly. Bones still landed some hard kicks and even cut Kanodia with a partially landed high kick, but he seemed desperate after a few takedowns attempts kept failing. Kanodia smelled blood and connected with a series of powerful right hands, prompting the referee to step in.

205 lbs - Chuck Lesnar vs. Matt St. Pierre

A sizeable favorite, Lesnar dominated the first round, getting the better in all areas of the fight while St. Pierre only survived the round, getting beat up badly with dirty boxing in the final minute. It was only a matter of time. In the first seconds of the following round Lesnar dropped Matt "Push" St. Pierre with a vicious right hand and dived for the finish. He didn't waste time in the post fight interview, demanding a title shot from SFC owner Billy Deegan.

185 lbs - James Twinkle vs. Charles Vance

Another short, violent affair as Twinkle put his skill and experience advantage to use and tuned up his opponent with punches. Vance showcased a real solid chin, eating two huge uppercuts and a barrage of punches before going lights out with only one minute and half into the fight. It was an impressive outing from Twinkle and he could be trouble for anyone at SFC's MW division.

Co-Main Event - 145 lbs - Taulua Fautanua vs. Jouzee Alddo

The Co-Main Event was a real close fight, going the distance unlike the norm at SFC 2. Both of them high level grapplers, these fighters showed a little bit of everything. It was even going into the third round, when Alddo seemed to fade. Fautanua took him down and slipped into mount, spending the majority of the final frame on top scoring with sub attempts and measured ground and pound and securing the 29-28 win on all scorecards. Both guys figure to be around the top of SFC FW division.

Main Event - 205 lbs - Darcy Dugan vs. Larry Lard

It would have to be a KO to end such a violent night of fights, and it was up to the hard puncher Darcy Dugan to do the honors. He cut Lard's face open right at the opening moments after landing a good combination, and never stopped, landing brutal punches in the clinch and eventually overwhelming the overmatched Lard, who was helpless after two minutes and a half, eating non stop punches and only held up by the cage. Dugan even scramed abuse at the ref for such a late stoppage. Now 3-0 and armed with a nice blend of muay thai and wrestling, Dugan seems to be the man at 205 pounds.

About time for Tyler to get some shine.

An MMA fighter beating a kickboxer in kickboxing? Unheard of! He is the future of the organization.

Just a quick note, if you ever are on their forums and you see a post from one of your fellow TMMAC dudes, vote it up because I'm pretty sure at the end of the week the more positive votes on your posts, the more spin and win credit's you get.
Nah you get the same amount of credits regardless of how many upvotes you have. If your post has downvotes though, it won't be counted towards your Spin credits you are given at the end of the week

Also, I just tested 6 fighters this past weekend and 2 of them I might be keeping. One was a 4.95 learner (Not good) but showed Granite Chin so I am tempted to keep him, while the other popped KO Power and I am checking his learning speed in the next training session. If he shows anything good (Above 6 would be awesome) then I'll definitely sign him to your org

Dude please join the org, you won't need a world beater to come in and make some noise. Most of us probably have idiotic sliders.

Doesn't a slow learning speed mean that skills decay slower too?

I dont have the patience really for slow learners to be honest, luckily my KO Power guy got decent learning so youll definitely be seeing him in a SFC cage in the future!

And yeah slow learners will decay slower, and overall hiddens will win out against faster learners when you get higher in the game, but early stages can be a struggle since youll need to spend like 2 years training in order to get them there

Shame, I might have to make my guy drop weight all through the divisions just to fight everyone ;)
please don't. you know learning speeds and actually test fighters...that's way beyond our pay grade here...

how do we get these tests? only by winning spin and win?
You test their learning speeds in gyms.

Your fighter must have 100% Energy, 100% Morale, the coach must have 100% Morale, and your fighter must have the minimum amount possible in the skill (1 when you create them).

They need to train the session 1 on 1 with an Elite coach in the session training (Refer to my post a while back about what Primaries are related to Secondaries).

Your fighter, if you assigned 1 point to the skill on creation, will have 1.95 in the skill since they are given an additional 0.95 in every skill.

After training the session, your fighter will go up a certain amount (Minimum of the skill being 3.5 after training, a Maximum of 7.5 after training). Whatever the number on the skill is after 1 session, that is their learning speed.

In order to see the number on the skill, check out this thread for information on how Tampermonkey (For Chrome) and Greasemonkey (For Firefox) work and access to the scripts for them - Helpful Scripts (Tamper/Greasemonkey) - General Game Discussion

I just found out today that these shady experienced managers actually set up test fights against their own fighters to test their hidden skills...while we are making poor builds and getting attached to them.
