I heard Chael talking about that. The way I understood it was that the dude is Conor's manager. He doesn't run the Twitter, but was negotiating a retweet from Conor. Either way he sounds like a douche, but maybe the tweet above came from Conor. Love him or hate him he definitely seems like a loyal dude.
