I know 1 of them. No, it's not me, although it sounds like something I could have done. I've never been on a cruise.

During the early morning hours, this person, who may or may not have been inebriated, decided to get some ice cream. But the machine was turned off.

The details he told me were purposefully vague. But long story short, he attacked and proceeded to break the ice cream machine.

Afterwards, I thought it was hysterical that anyone could be banned for life from Carnival Cruiselines. I was surprised that they actually responded to my email asking how many people that applied to. (That doesn't include those lost at sea)

My uncle was on a cruise and decided to streak the deck. In the middle of his run he tried to jump over 3 lounge chairs and didn't quite make it, causing him to bust his nude ass in the middle of what had been a very peaceful, crowded deck of sunbathers.

Not sure if he is 1 of the 13 though.
