I agree I actually barely found out it was happening today.
it had virtually zero advertising on the cable channels or the internet.
I didn't even see this on the sherdog forums which usually has these shows in the threads
I wonder if it’s actually a strategy to work the kinks out before you spend big on marketing.

Yes they do
They hired a hack to do promotion and handle media. From reports he showed up and forgot to distribute credentials. Also sent out the promotional email with weigh in results at 6pm, 7 hours after the actual weigh in. Shawn Jordan weighed 275 missing heavyweight by 9lbs. Also another heavyweight bout was cancelled because apparently in NY even at heavyweight there cannot be more then a 25lb difference. One guy weighed 217 opponent was 260. Dumbass rule that has never been heard of, but you’d expect the promotion to know the commission rules.
Pretty darn good card. For the PFL roster, it's stacked.
Hoping Galvoa, Kyle, win, and Bekbulat/Palmer put on the fotn.
Also hoping JR doesn't stink it up.
Never heard of Harrison or Copelands opponents.
Siler/Isrisov should be good.

The fact that they didn't know about the 25lb limit is really silly. Hell, in the first UFC event in NY the Miller/Alves fight was almost scrapped because they have limits for every weight class.

Man... Between Bareknuckle event and this one... I miss events that don't anything to do with television because it's just one fight after another after another. Sooooo much better.
