Poirier vs. Duffy rescheduled for UFC 195 in January

Dustin Poirier made a wise choice.

The UFC lightweight was without an opponent last week when Joseph Duffy was forced to pull out of their main event fight with a concussion just three days out. Poirier was offered a bout with Norman Parke at UFC Fight Night 76 in Dublin, Ireland on Saturday, but turned it down.

Now, Poirier will get the bout he was supposed to have over the weekend. Poirier vs. Duffy has been rebooked for UFC 195 on Jan. 2 in Las Vegas, it was announced Wednesday on UFC Tonight.

What else is on this card? Good addition, hope rest of the card is good also. I feel like this should be like the 2nd fight of a descent card or a prelim main event

Wish it would have gotten added to the Boston card in January.
A pro-Irish Duffy crowd, have Connor cage side. If Duffy wins, get them both in the cage throwing verbal bombs. Not to mention the Cruz factor and maybe having another fight lined up couldn't hurt.
Went to the first card in Boston and it was electric! Can't wait for January
