Im talking about the US of course where the current min wage is well short of $10 per hour.

Now ill assume until corrected that its mainly SME start ups who pay this, how the fuck can you trust someone who you are paying $7 to do the right thing when you have zero goodwill built and no tested business processes like McDonalds (who still fuck up my order).

How do you pep talk your team who will take home $70 before taxes per day???
