I only use these in their literal sense. I don't think my North American friends understand this.

My favorite is if a post is slightly homoerotic, optimistic, and obnoxious. You have no idea why someone gave that rainbow.

Besides, anyone using the rainbow as a pseudo-pejorative probably is hiding some dark desires :eek:

Never thought I'd see the day when I had to bump this thread.

This is such bullshit. I am going to seriously contemplate leaving this site unless rainbows are re-removed.

If you don't agree with what someone posted, either post your disagreement or just don't give the post a positive rating.

Silence is much more effective than rating someone's post "optimistic".

You guys giving out rainbows are abusing the rating system like a bunch of mean bully assholes.
