I remember when he first lost it. Had this whole theory that there was a group of serial killers offing celebrities. Think he called them “StarWhackers”. He and his crazy wife even moved to Canada to try and avoid some fraud charges. Pretty sure they deported him back and his legal charges faded away. Now he’s just crazy and broke.
