Not who you think is the most technical, or the best champ, or whatever, simply who you have the most interest in. Your favourites, whether you like them, you like their style, etc. Simply, who do you get most and least excited for when you read that they'll be defending their titles?
For me...
1. TJ Dillashaw
2. Max Holloway
3. Stipe Miocic
4. Colby Covington
5. Daniel Cormier
6. Cris Cyborg
7. Khabib
8. Rose Namajunas
9. Amanda Nunes
10. Nicco Montano
11. Robert Whitaker
12. Tyron Woodley
13. Demetrious Johnson
NOTES
- Cyborg might be a few notches higher if she actually had viable opponents in her division.
- TJ and Max Holloway are head and shoulders above the rest. To me, these guys are TRUE fighters. They don't go out to fart around and win on points, they go out to fuck people up. People like to shit on the smaller fighters, but these two are the meanest guys in the UFC: they play for blood. Some of the heavier champs could learn a thing or two from these guys.
-DJ would have been a LOT higher on the list before he blatantly ducked TJ.
-I'm sure most people would have Nicco last, but to be honest I was impressed with the heart she showed in TUF and I like her underdog story, so that counts for something.
