Not sure if serious but Juarez is a fairly common last name. I think you're referring to that being Frank's original last name but other than they both fight and have that last name i don't think there's any other relation.

I thought I read Frank reconnected with one of his siblings and he was training at his gym. In hindsight I may be thinking of Ken.
