Rejection is not high. Donors ligaments are prepped and treated.
More, I'm suprised a young world class athlete is opting for a cadaver graft.
This is not my forte, but my understanding is that a autograft from your own patellar tendon or hamstrings is stronger, though the healing time is longer. Pros and cons, but maybe rashad is getting older and wanted the faster recovery time to get some fights in while he can.
