It's going to end in the next 3 months, but if you're a fan of mutants and even if you aren't, this is a great read.
If you've been following X-Men, they all live on their own island (and planet kinda) now and all past heroic and villainous mutants have been living in harmony. They also can't die because of a resurrection protocol they've invented. But there are a few mutants who are too vicious to be trusted. They are:
Havok, Kwannon/Psylocke, Wild Child, Empath, Scalphunter, Nanny and the Orphan Maker. They're all led by Mr. Sinister who's of course running games within games.
If you grew up reading the X-Men, X-Factor and/or Alpha Flight in the late 80s-mid 90s, you'll recognize these characters and they're absolutely at their most awesome potential. Zeb Wells is the writer and he's done a lot of great stuff in the past. Highly recommended. They're currently up to issue 15 and it ends in issue 18 as the X-Men go into yet another creative reboot. This is unreservedly probably the best superhero comic I've read in awhile.
