This whole laptop repair thing makes no sense.
-The guy has vision issues so he can't confirm who dropped the laptop off
-He made copies of the hard drive and passed them out, this is completely unethical in IT
-There's apparently a couple different stories about how he got the laptop to the FBI
-He had no reason to go through the files, typically you'd test the laptop after it;s been dried and inspected to verify it boots, no one ethical is rifling through peoples files for this.
-Typically if someone leaves their property you wipe the drive, reinstall the OS, and sell it
-This guy fucked his own business by doing this.
