The 10 point plan that Andy Foster created was discussed at the last ABC medical committee meeting, and it was unanimously recommended to be discussed and adopted at the upcoming ABC meeting with minor changes. This proposal would still need to be voted on by the full ABC, and then adopted by individual state athletic commissions, but the wheels of change are turning.
