Trump is a whiney, narcissistic man who has never not gotten his way. I didn't find it all that surprising that he reacted the way he did, especially given the way it all went down. Were you surprised he didn't behave "presidential" in a loss?
Russia has over half of the world's nuclear weapons. You don't have to be labeled a "superpower" to be a threat to humanity.

Launching a nuclear weapon permanently destroys all of his power and control. Under his leadership, Russia and the US have both reduced their nuclear stockpiles by about two-thirds, and Biden and Putin have just agreed to reduce them further.
