That lung capacity thing sounds like BS your lungs just work crappier after age 35 its nature and hard to completely reverse. I think they mature at something like age 25. What is hilarious if he is claiming to have the lung capacity of an 18 year old it means he has a shittier capacity than a 25 year old whose lungs are at their somewhere near their peak.
