RIP Kevin "Monster" Randleman

There’s unfortunate news in the MMA world tonight, as we’ve learned that Kevin Randleman has passed away at age 44. We don’t have much in the way of details, although this was confirmed by his sister on Facebook just a short time ago.

Randleman won the UFC world heavyweight title at UFC 23 in 1999. He was a staple of the sport for many years, having also fought for PRIDE, Sengoku and Strikeforce.

EntImports.com would like to send our condolences to the family, friends and loved ones of Randleman.

RIP to an absolute monster in the early days. I still think he beat Bas Rutten and his KO of Filipovic is still one of the biggest shocks in my years of being an MMA fan. Not that he beat him but that he knocked him out.
