In 1951, William Albee invented a type of tire that could easily move on any surface. Even if these tires are installed on a truck weighing several thousand kilograms and driven over a person, that person would remain unharmed. They are known today as Rolligon tires.
They are primarily used in Alaska and Canada for driving machinery over the tundra. They're limited to slow speeds and need to be huge to work.
