Ronda Rousey documentary on Netflix

“The Ronda Rousey Story: Through My Father’s Eyes” documentary is now available on Netflix.

I would rate it 5/10. It was nice to see the footage of Ronda on her ascent, as that was a fun period for MMA. However, the documentary itself was crap. The story telling was poor and it would be a stretch to say this was related to her father at all. Every once in a while the narration would try to reference her father, but really it was simply a story about Rousey’s MMA journey.

For the MMA fan who is bored in isolation it might be worth a watch, but keep your expectations low.

Yeah, me too. Definitely preferred the book, but she has an interesting story regardless of the medium it is being told through.

book was good, this doc did indeed suck
not sure how they made an interesting story seem so lame
i get the impression ronda said no to him doin the doc, and he said "its for your dad" so she said yes

Don't know. From my online research she's apparently into pillows. I can't tell whether she manufactures pillows or just really likes the feel of them on her face.
