rning Ronda Rousey appeared on Good Morning America to talk about her self, UFC's progress in New York, and just how important she is to the UFC:

"So many ridiculous arguments that MMA is somehow anti-woman. Fighting is not a man’s thing, it’s a human’s thing," Rousey said. "To say it’s an anti-woman I think it’s an anti-feminist statement, and the UFC... I’m the biggest draw in the sport and I’m a woman. How is that anti-woman?"

I don't agree with her that she's the biggest star, but I do not fault her at all for claiming she is to market herself.

If Conor beats Aldo, there is not a chance that stays remotely that way, even if you can argue it now.

She's definitely one of the biggest draws in the sport, if not the biggest. GSP retired, and Silva will likely be suspended after testing hot for steroids and whatever else he popped for. Lesnar officially retired, and Cain is semi-permanently on the injured reserve list. So it would probably be between Rousey and Jon Jones, and perhaps in the not so distant future Conor McGregor?

First, note GSP as the one true bringer of PPV buys.

Now, it isn't totally clear to me that she got buys because of her or if UFC buys are just up period. I think if she is headlining another weaker card (from a marketing standpoint!) that'll tell the truth. She was low on buys a year ago and so was everyone else. She's high on buys now and so is everyone else.

If GSP came back for one fight he eclipses her
ChaosOverkill @ChaosOverkill who is the guy in your avatar? Looks like Mayhem mixed with Jack Nickleson from Shining
Lil Kev from It's always Sunny in Philadelphia.

The Rapper Sweet Dee dates that they convince her is retarded, in the Nightman/Dayman episode. Probably the most iconic episode of the entire show.

The saddest reality of this list, is that in doing the math including the people that left the area during Mighty Mouse vs Ali and equate that with people also likely turning off the PPV. Less than 100k people watched that fight to the end. That's like a UFC 46 number.

Yet, Montreal gets him as headliner as he was a backup, that they wouldn't dare take outside of North America as champ.

I get annoyed at people getting a pass to say whatever they want whether fact or fiction in order to gain wealth, especially when media outlets don't call them on it or ask for sources to back up claims.

Figures don't lie but liar's always figure...

Rousey is fair from the top draw. She has along way to go before she is even close to top draw, sorry but failed again.

Rousey Vs. PPV's

Decent numbers for sure, but nowhere near the top.
