I liked his point on mystery as well and how it has gone from a positive to a negative quality and mystery is now associated with our fears due to all the fear pushing and propaganda being thrown at people from every direction.

I haven't read any of his new work over the last few years but the dude was a big influence on me 15 years ago.
One of my all time favorite tracks is Monkey Theme from the Infesticons album. I played that thing on repeat for like two months after I first heard it.

Yep, that's how I got into his work as well. Big-time Sage fan. I've seen him perform a few times and even ended up making a music video for his boy B Dolan, who's also pretty awesome.

I was just getting into video production and I borrowed a friend of mine's camera for a couple days to shoot that. Was one of the very first videos I ever did and only made it to get familiar with shit. Then I sent it to him and he made it an official video and was super cool about everything. Talked to him quite a bit more and we've talked about making some more videos as well.
From that video I ended up making similar style videos for Sole (who was at one time probably my favourite artist; ended up meeting up and chilling with him before filming one of his concerts), Seez Mics as well as a few other guys as well.

@TheContinentalOp . Always nice to be reminded there is such a thing as a search for beauty, curiosity about it, so easy to forget that that's pretty much the solution to anything & everything.
Seems like almost none of our storytelling (TV, movies, whatever) concerns itself with that any more -- weird if you're old enough to recall times when almost all storytelling was about that.

Fine, I get it that Trump is who he is and sometimes doesn't have the most "we are in this together" message but why do none of these self-righteous folks pontificate on the prospect of Hillary? It's like they only choose to see one side of the lies and just pretend that the one telling them what they want to hear is somehow better than the one telling them what they don't.
