What are your guys thoughts on seminars? You find you get your money and times worth? Our club is hosting Rogrigo Munduruco in April, I've never been but considering.

The vast majority of the seminars I have been to were great, and I have yet to go to one that I regretted. Going to seminars at other clubs is a great chance to roll with new people and see different styles, and in many cases it can give you a chance to work moves and practice styles very different from what you typically do at your home club.

I've done countless seminars and they are all pretty phenomenal (well worth it, especially if they're from a top person). Write down what you learned, and if you get a chance after the seminar, video the techniques you just learned to review them at a later time.
