Any that you use, used to use etc? Can be weights, cardio or both.

I currently do one and it's basically just a conditioning day which takes not that long to do...

Tabata Sprints on an indoor bike (10 sets @ 20s on, 10s off) Max effort on each sprint.

Rowing Sprints (30:30, 8-12 sets) Max effort on each sprint again.

Dead-Lifts: 3x8 @ 150kg, then High Pulls (4x8 @ 50kg) minimal rest between the HP sets.

There's no specific "goal" or purpose with this workout, just getting my heart rate up and getting some extra cardio and some all-body conditioning in. Great way to start or even end a Saturday as well I find.

20 minutes of bodyweight
45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest
Press ups
Burpees
High Knees
Plank
X 5

KB swings 20-25-30-35-40
Burpee bastardos (burpees then tuck jump) 30-25-20-15-10
- 20 swings then 30 burpees, 25 swings then 25 burpees etc.
Rest 2 mins between each round

2 left swings
2 left leg mountain climbers (right foot stays off the ground)
2 left snatch
2 press ups just in left leg - right leg stays off the ground.
Repeat for right side.
Continue for 4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18 & 20's!
