Any idea how current those are? If Ronda doesn't get some better head movement Cyborg could land some good power shots from the pocket. Ronda seems to have great movement when attacking though and does nice sharp combos that'll finish with her in grappling distance.

Not sure to be honest, Bird. Just saw it on Twitter, and thought it was interesting.

This is the most recent showing of any "In fight" strike we have.

She essentially took one to throw one here, even if Davis sort of missed. Can she do that with Cyborg? Remains to be seen.

I doubt she one punches Cyborg but her knees are proving to be the more deadly weapon anyway.

You mean that Jab she slipped, got inside of for the clinch and from there throws Davis on her head and pounds her out.

Here is a gif of a Muay Thai fighter mounting Cyborg, doesn't bode well.

My bad from a different picture it looks like the punch landed and moved her head aside and not just dodged.

Regardless I'd still rather see more from Rousey in a pure standup war, before I christen her a striking ace.

As she throws her right, her head moves just off center slipping the jab. To clarify, I don't think Ronda would win a stand up fight with Cyborg, but Cyborg doesn't have one punch knock out power - I haven't seen a woman that does. The fight will inevitably end up in the clinch at some point and from there, I believe Ronda will throw her and gain dominant position. Once there I don't see Cyborg shrimping out of a full mount against her either.

What leads you to believe that she has improved to the point that she wouldn't be worried about going to the ground with Ronda?

What leads you to believe that once cyborg tags Ronda who has never been hit by anyone as hard as cyborg hits that she totally loses her shit and cyborg tko. People really seem to think RONDA will walk through a cyborg onslaught and get the clinch and armbar. Cyborg hits like a truck and once Ronda feels that imo she panics and all her skill goes out the window.

Sounds like Ronda, someone who panics.

She has never panicked before that is true but she has also never been tagged like cyborg will tag her that is also true. I can't wait to see this fight because two things will happen, I will either be 100 percent right or 100 percent wrong.

I so hope that Cyborg lands one flush shot on Rousey, just to see how she'll react to that kind of power and adversity. Problem is, if they get into an exchange and Rousey isn't caught flush, then she will get her hands on Cris...and then it could very well be over. I hope this fight happens, because it's literally the only WMMA fight that interests me whatsoever,

This is a pretty cool clip. Obviously it doesn't show much on the Rousey side other than her shooting right hands to close distance but a few mechanics I notice from the videos.

Cyborg really pushes her punches. She is emphasizing power but her strikes would be more effective if she was snapping them and looking for speed. She does shift her hips nicely when transition to her hooks. However, she has limited head moment and doesn't roll off coming out if her combinations.

Rousey does shoot and retract her hand well. However the video is very limited. If this is simple drill to close distance then I can't take much from it but if it isn't than she really needs to work on getting her head off line when she retracts. Both girls wouldn't be hard to find for counters. I've never seen a video with Rousey showing good head movement so I think this could be a problem for her. Coming from Judo she is picking up striking way faster than most thought she would. Cool clip thanks for posting.
