The greatest empires all throughout history have used their armies to protect trade and trade routes. It's nothing new or uniquely American. The Houthis are a threat to our democracy.
Somehow, apparently.
The US could defeat these sand people with a couple of the red baron biplanes and a box of grenades in each one...Let's introduce yemen to the b1 lancer.

The navy should tear them a new asshole.Ships exist for trade. Navy's exist to protect that trade.
well that gave me a boner
I saw it in a theater I think only rambo 4 was louder. Maybe the raid and dredd were louder tooI gotta watch that movie, now.
Why would they attack us. They are pirates sailing the high seas for booty, or could it be 25 years of failed foriegn policy? The greatest empires all throughout history have used their armies to protect trade and trade routes. It's nothing new or uniquely American.
Worked in Iraq and Afghanistan and lybia and Syria and Somalia. Good thing we won those wars easily and the trouble has all gone away. The US could defeat these sand people with a couple of the red baron biplanes and a box of grenades in each one...
I don't know.... This is legacy of American influence and maritime domination taking over from British domination that happened over a couple decades posts WW2. Between British and Americans they have tried to secure this passage and fought and killed over it for couple hundred years.. Before that obviously other empires fought and killed over this trade route. Why would they attack us. The idea the interest in this is new I don't know.. I don't think so but can accept I can be wrong here.
Iraq and Afghanistan were the only legitimate wars that you mention. Both were prolonged by politicians trying to profit and the US is still in Iraq - how do you qualify that as a loss especially when it comes to air power?Worked in Iraq and Afghanistan and lybia and Syria and Somalia. Good thing we won those wars easily and the trouble has all gone away.
