Had to get a new modem so I got a dlink wireless today.

No internet connection available. Even Elmer the helpful little flip at my ISPs call center can't get it working.

Then plug it back it back in.

Maybe give it a couple taps with your hand to try to wake it up.

If that doesn't work go with the bag of rice suggestion.
