I saw Waters on his Dark Side of the moon tour when they came to Tampa. Nothing like real Floyd but definitely awesome.

Yeah, I'm not a Roger Waters fan. His ego would not allow him to acknowledge Gilmour's brilliance, and truly collaborate with him. It ultimately destroyed the band in their prime. David Gilmour...to this day, in his 60's...is one of brightest musical minds on the planet.

I've never played a lick but a listen to a lot of music. To those who play, I thought Van Halen eruption was pretty amazing shit or is that as played out as stairway? Any old Metallica like sanitarium still is some of my favorite. I really enjoy old 80s metal but no new stuff, maybe I just don't know who to listen to.
