This is the standard duty uniform the Army and Air Force wear.
It saves a lot of money doing it this way.
There are special duty uniforms just like pilots, astronauts, etc.

What'd the navy do?
They dumped blueberries for a woodland color but kept the crappy digital that doesn't work. They only did this because they were in the middle of a role out when OCP finally got figured out from the multicam fiasco. And the Marines pushed back when they started moving towards a similar marine based pattern.
