Yeah thanks Splinty, I found the back story if youre interested. He's Russian and worked for a local tour company then got the sack because of his drinking and behaviour. he stayed on in Cancun only to mock the locals as you say and post it on the web, sounds like he got what was coming to him.

You dont fuck around like that in 3rd world countries..
