After the doctor who had his sperm stolen from oral sex with a woman who used it to impregnate herself & eventually won child support, I'm curious.

If a woman doesn't insist on a condom and her sexual partner doesn't ask what birth control is being used, is not disclosing voluntarily that you are not on birth control stealing sperm?

Why or why not?

No, you both accept the risk unless you fully disclose it. He's quite happily giving it away.

what if... the girl pretends to dispose of the condom after the deed is done.. then when the guy is gone, impregnates herself with it shortly later.

Is that sperm-napping?

Should the guy have to pay for child support?

As a reasonable female person I have to say that the U.S court system, in regards to child support and paternity, is really fucked up.

Even if you are the father, how long has it been since families can afford to have an at home mom? 1960 something.

Courts absolving women on state welfare while billing the father fully is some severe bullshit. Split that cost Son.

A woman applies for state aid for your child. She should accumulate 50% of the bill to be paid back later, rather than the man being solely responsible.

Menz rights sounds stupid but ya'll really do need a child support/care advocate.

Idk. Thats a fucked up situation. No she shouldnt get shit but in theory the money is for the kid, I may even fight for custody she clearly isnt sanr. Im not sure what I think of this. If it were me I would be very upset but that kid would still be half mine and I would still do whats right. But fuck her in her culo with a hot fire poker.

Who bought the condom? This is critical in figuring out who actually owned it and the contents it contained.

What bothers me about it is the men get a financial burden they did not agree to. That's like someone going on a world tour and you're at home slogging away & get a bill for it.

The woman should've considered the financial consequences in any scenario. On the other hand, if the man didn't want a child he should've protected himself with condoms, abstinence, vasectomy.

Accidental or careless pregnancy, both should deal with it equally. Spermknapping should be all on the woman if the man refuses.
