Yep, it's basically a fresh balsamic pickle, longer it sits it gets betteri dont even like cucumbers but that first is really good when its been refrigerated.

Here's an old instructional video @kvr28 made a few years ago:I usually do a simple cucumber, onion, tomatoes, garlic, parmesan, balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Gonna have to try some of these.
