Stephan Kesting's book "A roadmap for BJJ" is currently free to download on Kindle or the Kindle App (which is also free). It is well worth checking out, his instructionals are straightforward and well produced. I have never had any issues with sleaziness like spam emails or endless automatic payments with his products, and his free materials are quite good.
