I never got into lifting weights.
I just do Bodyweight exercises and cardio..
But after seeing this amazing persons dedication and perseverance to overcome his disability.
Really makes me want to push my self more. Not just by lifting but in life.
Might join a gym and do my best to do something more. I'll probably be asking for advice from you Bros.
