At first I thought it was a joke about people reacting to the game but they're just legit excited about their show.
Grew up in the 80's so that was the initial thing that grabbed me about this show. I'm not typically into shows like this but it's one of the best things I've ever watched.

The movie was a hint to the popular saying "In Like Flynn", but it doesn't really have anything to do with the meaning of the phrase. It's a spy flick.You sure about that? James Coburn. 1967:
Based on the context of your post, I assume you mean "Hell yeah. Can't wait. I'm so in" for the release of Stranger Things 2. So the saying "In like Flynn" would make sense. But to put up a pic of the spy movie In Like Flint would make about as much sense as posting a picture of a random James Bond flick.
It's believed the phrase "In like Flynn" is a reference to Errol Flynn and his womanizing ways - although that's disputed.
