I'm from California and came to Kansas to work. Haven't changed my plates on vehicle since I've got here. Get ticket for Operation of unregistered vehicle or no plate. Section No. 08-1708. My first fuck up was that I should've asked why I'm I being pulled over, but instead I act politely as to get on my way. Tells me I have to show up for court and get my ticket and go on my way. On the day of the court I see all kinds of people from work for simple shit like going 80 in a 70. Not having a license and getting booked in jail after one pleads guilty. My turn comes up and the judge reads me my misdemeanor charge and says "well the good thing is that you won't need to be booked how do you plead guilty, not guilty or devervision which one has to apply for a fee of 40 dollar non refundable. I want to have a later court day as to see what my options are. Judge tells me that I have to plead now. So I tell him I want a continuance. Again he says that I have to plead. This goes on for a couple minutes until I ask if he is a judge of the state and not take sides, he gives me a second apperance. These are victimless crimes to make us the people pay money that really shouldn't be paid. Thousands of dollars for bullshit charges and jail time to boot. The thing with the people on top the squatters is that the is monetary loss so there claim on sovereign citizen won't apply. Anything with court and jail time should fall under 1 human injury or threat of. 2 Monetary loss. 3 Fraud.
