One of the things I want to improve this year is my strength, but specifically for grappling. So a real fundamental question, is for weight lifting or kettle bell workouts, which works best:
Low weight - max reps
Moderate weight - moderate reps
Heavy weight - low reps
My guess is the moderate approach, so as to maximize muscle growth while also accommodating the fact grappling may require a longer period of strength sustainability, or endurance.
Anyone have thoughts?
